We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account or engage our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Client Obligations

As a client of DigitalWithAI, you agree to:

• Provide timely and accurate information, content, and feedback required for project completion
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframes
• Ensure that all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or project proposals. General payment conditions include:

• Prices are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal or invoice
• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific service agreement

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. DigitalWithAI retains the right to:

• Use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project
• Showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place)
• Retain ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and pre-existing code used in the project

All content on the DigitalWithAI website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DigitalWithAI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.

8. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to:

• Late provision of required content or materials by the client
• Changes in project scope requested by the client
• Technical challenges beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party service dependencies

9. Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope after work has commenced will require a revised proposal and may affect timelines and costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalWithAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

DigitalWithAI provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that:

• The Services will meet all of your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Any specific results or outcomes will be achieved

We do warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client
• Both parties will return or destroy any confidential information of the other party

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigitalWithAI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts of Pakistan.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
